At Nexium, each bracelet is carefully crafted and quality-checked before shipping. Due to the limited nature of our stock, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

However, if you believe your bracelet is defective upon delivery, we offer a conditional refund policy, as described below.

Refund Eligibility Criteria
The bracelet must be returned for inspection.
Our team will verify whether the product is indeed defective or malfunctioning.
Only if a defect is confirmed will a full refund be issued.
If, after verification, the reported issue is not valid, the product will be returned to the customer.
Important Note
Cosmetic issues, changes of mind, or changes of mind do not qualify for a refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to limited availability and product integrity.
Any returns made without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
